  • We meet onsite to talk about your ideas. If you're unsure where to begin, no problem! We'll talk about your lifestyle and preferences to plan together. We'll take pictures, measurements, and jot down important information to start the design and estimation process.

  • Based on our meeting, we will offer a quote and design that covers all costs for your project. You can adjust or upgrade the selections as needed. However our standard selections are high-quality products that won’t break the budget and are to a standard that we would choose for our own homes.

  • Once you approve the quote and design, we shop together to finalise your fittings. This can feel exciting yet overwhelming. With our industry expertise we help you select styles and brands that work with your design and budget.

  • When you are happy with the design and fittings selected, the transformation will begin. Renovation Lane has a trusted team of trades who all work together from start to finish. As your project coordinators we are always available for any questions or concerns throughout the project

  • To kick off the project, we start by carefully demolishing and removing the old fittings.

    Then our qualified trades handle plumbing and electrical work. Next the team prepares surfaces, waterproof, and lay tiles. Finally your chosen fittings are installed to complete your vision.

  • Once your project is completed and cleaned, we walk through together to make sure you are happy with the end result. Our team takes great pride in ensuring that every detail meets your expectations, leaving you with a space that truly reflects your vision.
